If you have gasoline dripping out of the line when the petcock is in OFF position then the repair parts are needed to be installed correctly. Seafoam doesn't cure these problems. When I got it home and it sat overtime in my garage, the garage reads of gas. Upon inspection, it looks to be some small amount of gas dripping from the small tube labeled as #12 on your diagram. A) is this normal...I doubt it, and B) how do I correct this? It was suggested to me that maybe a valve was stuck and to run some Seafoam through the tank and lines. I ran the bike for about 15 minutes but it doesn't seem to have done anything. You can still get most of the parts from Honda dealers. The bottom gasket must sit down flush with the bottom of the petcock body. Be sure that the little tab on the upper piece is fitted properly in the slot opening in the body.
